I am looking for a change of scenery from running around my Oakland neighborhood. Can anyone recommend some good trails or interesting places to run in this area? Thanks

Sun, March 4, 2007 - 11:15 AMI second that -- Redwood Regional Park provides some great running. You can find runs of up to 20 miles, but be prepared for some serious hills if you get down into the canyon below Skyline Gate.
